Ultrakleen A500 is the most recent traffic film remover product from our Romsey laboratory. It has been developed as a concentrated formulation which when diluted will foam readily and cling well to vertical surfaces by means of its residual viscosity. The product has been designed to produce superior cleaning both on every day traffic soiling and also has the versatility and strength to effectively clean the chassis areas of commercial vehicles where a single product is required for both applications.
Ultrakleen A500 is low in alkalinity and is, therefore, completely safe for use on paintwork when used as directed.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Ultrakleen A500 may be used in conjunction with any equipment, spray pressure or brush. The recommended dilution rate will be up to 200:1 with water depending upon the application. Spray on the surface, allow up to two minutes dwell/soak time and then rinse off with water under pressure. When applied by hand, always work from the bottom upwards to avoid any possibility of streaking.

Traffikleen A290
Perfect for everyday vehicle soiling, this multi-purpose, biodegradable and economical traffic film remover can be used by hand or in automatic brush or spray machine applications.

Traffikleen A290 has been specially formulated for a wide variety of commercial vehicle cleaning applications:
For automatic machines.
Spray Always refer to the machine manufacturer's instructions.
Jet and spray wash machines normally operate at a concentration of
1 part Traffikleen A290 to 200 parts water.
Brush always refer to machine manufacturer's instructions.
Up and over or vertical brush washing machines normally operate at
1 part Traffikleen A290 to 200 parts water.
For hand application Recommended use of Traffikleen A290 at a concentration of 1 part product
to 50 parts water (half a cup per gallon).
Traffikleen A290 is effective at lower concentrations where only light soiling is present.

Sparkal is a specially formulated liquid cleaner for effective brushless removal of traffic film from commercial and public transport.

Super Trailblazer is an extremely cost-effective liquid cleaner, specially formulated to remove traffic film from commercial and public transport vehicles.
Super Trailblazer’s unique biodegradable formula, provides both water scale control and controlled foaming to give excellent cleaning results when used in conjunction with drive-through vehicle washers and high pressure washing equipment. Its appearance is a clear blue liquid with a faint lemon scent.

Curtkleen
A specialised, concentrated and biodegradable vinyl cleaning solution for removing traffic film and heavy grime from curtain-sided trailers.
Specialised concentrated vinyl cleaner
Curtkleen is a specialised alkaline detergent for removing traffic film and heavy grime from curtain-sided trailers.
Curtkleen is also capable of removing stains (e.g. nicotine) and soiling from a variety of surfaces such as ventilation ducting and especially vinyl and other polymeric coatings.
Curtkleen is a biodegradable, alkaline water based product. It is pleasantly perfumed, ensuring favourable working conditions for the operator.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Curtkleen should be diluted up to 15:1 with warm or cold water before use. A pressure washer may be used for application and rinsing. Where light soiling is encountered, the pressure itself may be sufficient, otherwise a light brushing may be needed.

Chassiskleen
For the safe and efficient removal of oil, grease and road soils from commercial vehicles' chassis, undergear and engines this biodegradable, solvent free, cleaning formulation is unbeatable.
Solvent free, heavy duty cleaner
Chassiskleen is a specially formulated detergent for the safe and efficient removal of oil, grease and road soil from commercial vehicles chassis, undergear and engines. Chassiskleen gives superlative results in conjunction with hot pressure wash equipment. Metal parts are restored to "new".
Chassiskleen is also recommended for the removal of oils and grease from concrete workshop and garage floors.
Chassiskleen is a biodegradable, slightly alkaline water based product which is non-polluting and does not give off dangerous vapours. It is, therefore, extremely useful in cleaning in areas where odour bearing and inflammable solvent type cleaners are unacceptable.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Chassiskleen is best used in conjunction with pressure spray equipment where the dilution is automatic. It is recommended that for normal use the dilution of product is between 1:100 and 1:300 in water, depending on the degree of soiling being removed. For areas of heavy soiling, the product may be used at stronger concentrations. A dilution rate of 1:10 is usually sufficient where extremely heavy soiling is present.

Creet
An inhibited acidic descaler and deruster which has been specially formulated to rapidly remove carbonate scale, iron oxide deposits, cement and limestone from plant and equipment.
Descaler/Deruster
Creet is an inhibited hydrochloric acid based material incorporating effective corrosion inhibitors. It has been specifically formulated for the rapid removal of carbonate scale and iron oxide deposits found in boilers, heat exchangers and sea water evaporators for the effective removal of cement and limestone from plant and equipment. It should not be used in systems containing galvanised steel, magnesium alloys and aluminium alloys.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
May be applied by hand using a soft brush, by acid resistant non-misting hand sprayer or by tank immersion. Dilution will depend on the extend of scaling or rusting but is usually between 1:42 and 1:12.
Action may be speeded up by raising the temperature or the solution, but must never exceed 50°C in order to avoid breakdown of the corrosion inhibitor.

Bitumex
An easy to use spot treatment for cleaning tar deposits from vehicle paint work.
Spot remover for removing tar deposits from vehicle paintworks
Bitumex is an efficient cleaner, specially developed for removing bitumen and tar residues.
Bitumex is non-caustic and can safely be used on painted surfaces without risk.
Bitumex rapidly dissolves away the tar from the soiled surface which can then be rinsed clean with fresh water.

Lacqsolv is a specially formulated aqueous based cleaner for effective removal of protective coatings applied to new cars before despatch to customer. These are increasingly being used in preference to normal wax.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Apply a solution diluted with up to 5 parts of water to all coated surfaces.
Allow a few minutes for the coating to soften the touch.
The softened coating should then be rinsed off with a high pressure water jet, using hot water if available.

Aerokleen AN2001P Polish

Aerokleen Polish AN2001P has been developed to complement the existing range of Aerokleen fuselage washing products. Aerokleen Polish AN2001P provides the ideal solution to aircraft cleaning requirements during regular mechanical maintenance periods.
Aerokleen Polish AN2001P may be easily applied on both painted and unpainted surfaces providing protection against oxidisation and ultra-violet light. The product readily removes surface film, oxidised paint and exhaust residues. It is, therefore, an ideal product for use when restrictions are placed upon the use of water required for conventional cleaning. The restoration of lustre to old paintwork using Aerokleen Polish AN2001P provides both job satisfaction and passenger appeal.
APPLICATIONS
Apply Aerokleen AN2001P to the aircraft surface with a suitable applicator. The polish is then allowed to dry to an infinite haze and wipe off with a clean cloth or towel. The polish may be used with a mechanical buffer, if desired.
Aerokleen AN2001P Polish may also be applied at dilutions of between 10 and 50% in water, through spray equipment or by hand. Use of diluted product is recommended where ease of removal on large areas is of major importance.
Aerokleen Polish AN2001P may be used via robotic aircraft washing units at concentrations as low as 1% with water.
Aerokleen Polish AN2001P may also be used to dry clean and polish an aircraft within the hangar, during scheduled engineering overhaul periods.
